A person can eat whatever they want on this diet, no foods are truly off-limits. However, some find the point of counting boring and others thought the diet was expensive to be on. The biggest question of all for most people, it does this diet work? And according to US News and Jobs Report, studies show Weight Watchers is an effective diet plan.

So, how the Weight Watchers? Their new program is defined, the Weight Watchers Points program. Every food you eat is assigned points, based on its nutritional value. Your daily target points is determined based on your height, weight, sex and age. Some foods have no points such as fruits and vegetables, as the program you want to fill up on these foods. The program also offers support online or in weekly meetings. Some things about this program, over its effectiveness is that is it not a fad diet. We eat normal food, and no food is "off-limits". One needs to control portions. The diet emphasizes foods rich in fiber to fill you up and keep you full.
