If you do this for a week and then divide by 7 you know just how many steps you make every day, so all you have to do is raise your daily steps by 100 steps per day at first, in order to obtain a little 'more exercise every day. It is said that we should do 10,000 steps a day, in order to be fit, so if you find that you lead a sedentary lifestyle may need to get out and walk for about 30-60 minutes a day to achieve this goal.
What I want to do is build up gradually day by day, until you reach your goal 10,000. If you put together these steps you will find that you can finally get your weight back to what you know it should be. Remember do not give up and take one day at a time.
