Eat more! Junk food can range from burgers to cookies you've ever bought! Adding lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet will help. Also, drink the broth, soup Haiti, made with filtered water to help you feel full.
Exercise every day! This could be the hardest step. But what you can do is actually start slowly, gradually increase the amount of exercise. For example, today we go in 10 minutes, repeat this throughout the week. For the next week, double-click the workload. You can lose weight in this way!
