First of all let me start by saying, I know you've heard all the b.s. about losing weight and shedding body fat. Your tired of all the publicity only to take your hard earned dollars. All in all it just hurt yourself and hurt me as well.

In February this year I looked at my body in the mirror and I continued to see the photos of the stars who have made these changes crazy about their bodies. I thought to myself, "How can I do the same thing without the trainer and clinics"? So I decided to change what I did.

Now I'm a guy who goes to the gym on a regular basis. I throw on a few pounds heavier, the muscles swell and then go home to eat like a crazed animal. But one of the first things I thought was that I need to change my way of thinking before. Let me look at my habits, how I live and how I eat on a regular basis. One of the first things I had to give up was my regular nightly ritual of chocolate, cakes and drinks every night after hours with my girlfriend at the time. You know the ice cream after dinner already huge or extra servings of any Italian dish, because this is my favorite. Do not make me forget the sandwiches honey. I have to love them.

Then I had to watch what I eat and at what time of day that I've eaten. You know the end of the meal and then even later dinners with working hours increasingly demanding today than most of us adults. At that time I was in the car business as a seller so my plan was always mad and consisted of a lot of fast food or food and delivered. Then go home sometimes after 10 and then eat
once again, the more the ritual dessert.

I say all that to say this. Most of what hurts us every day in our struggles weight is not even in the gym, with its mind and our habits. You say, well how am I suppose to change these things with my work schedule or what, if I can eat just late? Perhaps the ever popular, well I do not have the money to eat healthy. This is the best because I was just as broken as the next person. I have also worked two jobs and I still did. So all the excuses everyday I feel I've heard it before, because I used them.

So, at the end of the day no one has excuses that I have not used already. Frankly, if you're tired of your present yet, then, yes, this just is not for you. We must be ready to change the way you and I or anyone else can do it for you. All you need is some sacrifices that do not cost an arm or a leg before you even get to the gym.
